Contact Osage County Special Services (OCSS)
Once eligibility is confirmed, OCSS can help begin services and provide support.
Who May Be Eligible
Osage, Gasconade, and Maries County residents who have developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, epilepsy, congenital disabilities, and developmental or intellectual disabilities may be eligible for services.

How Eligibility Is Determined
Eligibility is determined through the Rolla Regional Center.
They will guide you through the evaluation process and determine if the individual meets the requirements for services.
Basic Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for services from Osage County Special Services, an individual must have a developmental disability that:
Is likely to continue indefinitely
Began before the age of 22
Results in substantial limitations in two or more areas
Areas of Limitation May Include
Living and working independently
Written or verbal communication
Self-direction
Learning
Mobility
Self-care
